As was announced in today’s Nintendo Download report, Nintendo is discounting various titles on the Wii U and 3DS eShops over the next few weeks to celebrate the launch of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS (apparently called the Super Smashing Sale).

Swords & Soldiers HD getting 33% discount starting September 25

Swords & Soldiers HD will be going on sale later this month. Announced by Two Tribes via Twitter, the game will be receiving a 33 percent discount. The sale will kick off on September 25.

Amazon has discounted a few first-party 3DS games by $5. You can grab Mario Kart 7

, Animal Crossing: New Leaf

for $25 each. I imagine these deals will be valid for about a week.
Rising Star Games 3DS eShop sale kicking off in Europe next week

Rising Star Games is planning a sale in Europe for its 3DS eShop titles as a tenth anniversary celebration.
The full sale lineup and prices are unknown at this time. However, we do know that it will take place from 14:00 (UK time) on September 11th until 23:59 (UK time) on September 24th 2014.
We should learn more about the sale when the next Nintendo Download announcement is published on Monday.

In Europe, Nintendo is discounting a bunch of Zelda games on the eShops in celebration of Hyrule Warriors. We already knew about this week’s sales, which includes Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and more.
Nintendo also shared an image on its Twitter account today revealing games set to be discounted in the following weeks. Check it out below:

The Crimson Red and Electric Blue 2DS systems are currently on sale at Best Buy for only $99.99. It’s the retailer’s “Deal of the Day”, so the offer won’t be valid once today is over. You’ll be saving $30 by picking up the 2DS today.
