Spike Chunsoft has passed along a new overview trailer for Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate, an upcoming roguelike for Switch. We have the video below.

You’ll be able to pick up Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate digitally from the Switch eShop on December 2, and pre-orders are open now. Spike Chunsoft has confirmed that Limited Run Games will be producing a physical version later.

Spike Chunsoft has shared more details about the new bonus dungeons and added features in the upcoming port of Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate for Switch.

This week’s issue of Famitsu provides an update on Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate. Aside from providing information on a Live Exploration Display feature, the magazine also outlines new features and a trio of dungeons that have been added.

The enhanced port for Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate now sees a release date of December 3, 2020 for Japan. English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options will all be supported, as announced by developer Spike Chunsoft. The physical edition will cost 3,980 yen, and the digital edition will cost 2,709 yen respectively. The physical edition will include both a 60-page booklet and outer box sleeve which can be seen in the featured image above. We will keep an eye out for a verified Western launch date, but until then you can read our previous coverage of this mystery dungeon port here.

Update: A release date for the West is confirmed to be December 2.

Series artist Shinichirou Otsuka has drawn the key visual above exclusively for the game. Spike Chunsoft released the image today, featuring the main characters of the series, as well as a few that will be exclusive to the brand-new storyline that the game follows. The new story itself is fully supervised by the series author Tappei Nagatsuki, so players can expect a familiar touch to this tactical adventure game.

The latest issue of Weekly Jump has revealed the first DLC character for Jump Force to be Meruem from Hunter x Hunter. Jump Force is already out on other platforms, but the Deluxe Edition that includes Character Pass 1 is due out for Switch on August 27 in Japan and August 28 in North America and Europe. Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne

Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne is due out on Switch this winter. When it does arrive, it’ll be accompanied by a collector’s edition. Copies include four exclusive, limited run only original pins in a display box, a full-color art book, a steelbook case, official soundtrack containing original music from the game, and outer box.
