Nintendo has readied a day one version 1.1.0 update for Super Mario Party Jamboree, and it is already available for download. Those who have pre-ordered and pre-installed the game should be able to access the patch.
The update is all about addressing a few notable issues. Nintendo highlights four bugs that it took care of in particular.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is launching on Switch this week, and ahead of the release, the initial reviews are now coming in. Nintendo just lifted the official embargo.
One of the big selling points is just how much content is in Super Mario Party Jamboree. Nintendo has noted that it’s the series’ biggest entry yet – there are over 110 minigames, new online and offline modes, and various customization choices. Super Mario Party Jamboree continues the tradition of first-party games from Nintendo that have leaked online prior to launch, and the ROM appears to be out there. Obviously the Big N won’t be happy to hear that.
Super Mario Party Jamboree has about a week to go before release, but it seems that there’s at least one person out there who managed to get a copy early. On top of that, we’re hearing reports that the ROM already surfaced.

Super Mario Party Jamboree demo released at retailers

Super Mario Party Jamboree doesn’t appear to be getting a demo on the Switch eShop, but multiple retailers have the game to try out right now. This technically was first made available on October 4, but Nintendo shared the news on social media today.
Select Best Buy, GameStop, Target and Walmart locations all have the game on display. During the ten-minute timed demo for Super Mario Party Jamboree, players can try out Koopathlon and Minigame Bay. Minigame Bay limits the modes to Showdown Minigame Battle, Free Play, and Tag Match.

September 23: The countdown is on for Super Mario Party Jamboree, and Nintendo is offering a lengthy look at the game with a new overview trailer. Currently the video is only available in Japanese, but an English version should follow soon and we’ll update you when it’s live.

Super Mario Party Jamboree isn’t too far away, and retailers are now coming forward with the reveals of various pre-order bonuses. We’ll keep this post updated leading up to launch.
Super Mario Party Jamboree marks the third entry in the series on Switch. If you’ve played the series before, you probably know what you’re in for here. As the name implies, Super Mario Party Jamboree is a party game, and this time around there are more mini-games than ever before – over 110 in fact. Along with five brand new boards, there’ll be two that are returning. A few things are new this time around, including Pauline and Ninji as playable characters, the online competition mode Koopathlon that supports 20 players, 8-player online Bowser Kaboom Squad mode, and more.

Pauline has become more prominent in recent years after she was featured in Super Mario Odyssey, and it’s now been revealed that she’ll be playable in Super Mario Party Jamboree.

There’s yet another Mario Party game in the works for Switch, and Nintendo just announced Super Mario Party Jamboree. Fans will be able to pick it up on October 17, 2024.
