Below are the full patch notes:

Minecraft Dungeons - Spooky Fall Event

Minecraft Dungeons is celebrating Halloween with a new Spooky Fall Event. It features time-limited Seasonal Trials with new rewards, Night Mode, and a limited-time Spooky Item Set.

Below are the full details:

Minecraft Dungeons - Howling Peaks DLC

In a new video from Mojang, the studio gives fans a sneak peek of the upcoming free update and Howling Peaks DLC for Minecraft Dungeons. We also get to hear about the season pass, cross-play, new content, and a new mob.

Here’s today’s video:

Microsoft has had a pretty good relationship over the past couple of years. It’s led to characters such as Banjo & Kazooie in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, not to mention the Ori games on Switch.

In an interview with Kotaku, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said that he’s had good conversations with Nintendo CEO Shuntaro Furukawa and Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser.  He also mentioned the following about the relationship between the two companies:

Minecraft - Caves and Cliffs

To kick off Mincraft Live today, Mojang Studios revealed a major update known as Caves and Cliffs. It will release in Summer 2021.

Here’s a rundown as to what’s included;

Minecraft Dungeons

Minecraft Dungeons will be updated in November to support cross-play, Mojang Studios has announced. Users on Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC will be able to play together online.

Outside of cross-play, new Howling Peaks DLC has been confirmed for December. Additional content is planned for 2021 as well.

Here’s a look at what’s in store:

Ori physical

iam8bit, Xbox Game Studios, and Moon Studios have set a final release date for the standard physical versions of Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps for Switch. Both games are heading to retail on December 8. Pre-orders will open soon.

The physical editions of Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps contain six collectible art cards and digital downloads of the game’s respective soundtrack, composed by Gareth Coker.

Pricing is set at $39.99 / €39.99 for each title.

Xbox Bethesda

Microsoft announced today that it has acquired ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks. What might that mean for Switch owners? Potentially, not much.

Bethesda finally started to support a Nintendo console in Switch with the likes of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Doom, Wolfenstein, and more. Doom Eternal was also previously announced for the system, but it doesn’t have a release date. The question now is whether there will be future support. Xbox boss Phil Spencer did tell Bloomberg that Microsoft will decide on whether to launch Bethesda games on “other consoles” outside of Xbox “on a case by case basis.”

Microsoft has also confirmed that it is honoring any other agreements made prior to the acquisition. Based on that, as well as the company’s support for Switch with games such as Minecraft and Ori, we should still at least be getting Doom Eternal on Switch.

Ori Collector's Edition

Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps are both getting a physical release as part of a special collector’s edition from iam8bit. However, if you’re not interested in spending $150, there’ll be an alternative option.

iam8bit has confirmed to Nintendo Everything reader StrawHatEevee that regular physical versions of the Ori games are planned. Not only that, but they’re arriving in just a few months – specifically December. There’s no word on pricing yet, but they’ll definitely be cheaper than the $150 collector’s edition.

But they told me in an e-mail that it’s December. Hope this info helps.

Thanks to StrawHatEevee for the tip.
