Pokémon Shuffle weekly update features Hoopa, Regigigas, Azelf, and a safari

Okay, put down that Pokémon game and play some…Pokémon… Whatever you’re catching, Pokémon Shuffle has gotten its weekly update on 3DS and mobile. The latest update brings four stages, each running until July 26th. A brand new stage has started for Hoopa Unchained, which will cost 400 coins to play. Regigigas and Azelf are beginning repeat runs. Finally, a new Safari stage has arrived, which features the repeat Pokémon Electrike, Manectric, Darumaka, Darmanitan, and Stantler, while also adding Winking Pikachu and Winking Raichu.

Nintendo Network maintenance scheduled for July 11/12

Upcoming Nintendo Network maintenance. It will affect all online play and rankings. The website also gives special note to Splatoon, indicating that its servers may be down for a different amount of time. The times for different territories are listed below:
– 5 PM PT – 7 PM PT (July 11)
– 8 PM ET – 10 PM ET (July 11)
– 1 AM in the UK (July 12) – 3 AM in the UK (July 12)
– 2 AM in Europe (July 12) – 4 AM in Europe (July 12)

Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan 3DS details

Bandai Namco has announced a new 3DS game, Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan: Shijou Psi Dai no Psi Nan!?. The game is based on the manga/anime Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan, and an official website has already opened. The game does not have a release window, but will be playable at Jump Victory Carnival 2016 in both Osaka on July 30 and Tokyo on August 6. Details on gameplay, translated by Gematsu, are listed below, as well as a gallery of screenshots.
-X-Ray Vision: The power to see through things. You can also use this ability to fully reveal hidden places.
-Psychokinesis:The power to move things without touching them. Blow away big objects, or play tricks without being found out.
-Telepathy: The power to read the innermost thoughts of other people. Find out peoples’ true feelings.
-Mysterious ESP Training Feature: An ESP training feature shrouded in mystery will also be implemented. Perhaps you’ll awaken a sleeping that you don’t normally use.

Splatoon version 2.10.0 now live

Update: The patch has been completed and servers are back online. It is also confirmed to have fixed the invisible player glitch.

Another update to Splatoon, upgrading it to version 2.10.0, is happening right now. The patch is undoubtedly to resolve the invisible squid glitch that came in version 2.9.0. Until the patch is completed, servers will be offline, but we’ll update once patching is complete.

Nintendo shares Splatoon QR code designs for Animal Crossing: New Leaf

With the Squid Sisters’ Splatfest coming up, Nintendo is now helping players add some Splatoon fun to their Animal Crossing: New Leaf towns. By scanning QR codes, residents can help their towns and homes stay fresh with face cutout standees, shirts, pictures, and hats based on Callie and Marie. Miyamoto gives update on Pikmin 4, shifting priorities

It’s been a while since we heard anything about Pikmin 4, which was reportedly “very close to completion”. Game Rant caught up with Shigeru Miyamoto at E3, though, and asked him about its status. His response:
Yes, you are right, and we’re working on [Pikmin 4]. So, you know, when we’re in development we have to create a list of priorities and it has been hard to kind of fit that into that list, but we’re hopefully starting to see that on the list now.
Hopefully the game hasn’t been put off too long.

Miitomo has been updated with another Miitomo Drop,. Players can nab some new items in the latest Miitomo Drop stage, “Made of star stuff… Starlight Style #3”.
Available items include:
– Star hood
– One-star hoodie
– Baggy star-print shorts
– Stardust backpack
Users can select Miitomo Drop stages from the Shop tab. Miitomo coins or game tickets are needed to play.
