Hands-on impressions are starting to come in for Pokemon Legends: Z-A with the game making a playable appearance at the Pokemon World Championships, and new details have surfaced about how Mega Evolution works.
Mega Evolution is one of the key mechanics in the upcoming title. A feature returning from Pokemon X and Y, some creatures can become stronger and chance appearance when they transform. There’ll even be some new Mega Evolutions this time around.

PETA calls for Nintendo to redesign Mario Kart World’s Cow without nose ring

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, also known as PETA, is now taking issue with Mario Kart World and specifically the Cow character.
Cow is playable for the first time in series history. With that new popularity and overall interest in the game, it’s caught the attention of PETA. The organization is requesting for the nose ring to be removed.
PETA says that in the real world, these rings “are used by the meat and dairy industries to exploit, control, and even drag animals to their deaths.” The letter further goes on to talk about issues with the piercing.

The 2025 Pokemon World Championships are now underway, and to celebrate, a special Mystery Gift code distribution has started for Ceribelli’s Farigiraf.
Ceribelli was the winner of last year’s event. With the Farigiraf featured in this distribution, it comes in at level 50 and is of the Water Tera Type. The creature’s lineup of moves include Psychic Noise, Foul Play, Helping Hand, and Trick Room with the Armor Tail ability and Electric Seed as a held item.

Borderlands 4 won’t have split-screen co-op on Nintendo Switch 2

If you’re planning on picking up Borderlands 4 on Nintendo Switch 2, you should keep in mind that split-screen co-op won’t be included. On the bright side, there is support for cross-play.
Split-screen co-op will be available on other consoles. However, it won’t be offered on Nintendo’s system, according to a support page. Specifics aren’t provided as to why that is.
