Sabotage Studio just announced a new milestone for Sea of Stars, with the game surpassing four million players. That goes for all platforms combined worldwide.
Thierry Boulanger, co-founder of Sabotage Studio and director on Sea of Stars, said the following today regarding the game’s success: “Sea of Stars is the game of my dreams, and seeing its quest resonate so strongly with players and critics means the world to everyone at Sabotage. The team behind this game is the most talented and dedicated group I could have ever hoped to create Sea of Stars with, and I’m again reminded of their brilliance as we progress with creating Sea of Stars’ upcoming DLC, Throes of the Watchmaker. Atooi has announced that it’s given Dementium: The Ward a new update that adds a new Hi-Res display mode option.
The horror title, a horror first-person shooter, returned on Switch last October. It originally released with only a retro display mode featuring a cozy, crunchy retro style that essentially emulated the 3DS display at 240p. However, now players can experience the game at full 1080p on a TV or 720p in handheld mode with the action still running at 60 frames per second.
