Following some maintenance that took place last night, IronFall Invasion is back up on the eShop. The game was originally removed due to an exploit that users were taking advantage of on their 3DS systems.

VD-Dev shared the news about IronFall Invasion’s return on Twitter, writing:

Thanks 3DS fans! #ironfall is back in the eshop! Continue the Campaign & join others in the improved Multiplayer! Each mode €10/$10.

Accompanying today’s news is the release of a new update for IronFall Invasion. Head on over to the eShop to grab it.

Image & Form hopes to have SteamWorld Heist ready for launch in early December

Fans have been waiting a long time for SteamWorld Heist, but by all accounts, the game should still be releasing this year. Nothing is set yet, but Image & Form hopes to have the game done in a couple of months. CEO Brjann Sigurgeirsson told Gamer Professionals, “Our goal is to aim for a release in early December… but I won’t make promises.”

That window should mainly apply to the 3DS eShop. A Wii U version is planned as well, but the game will only be out on Nintendo’s handheld at launch.

Gunslugs 2 also hitting the North American 3DS eShop on October 22

Thanks to a recent eShop listing, we learned that Gunslugs 2 would be out in Europe on October 22. Now we can say the same bout North America as well.

The following features are promised:

Seven worlds, 8 levels per world, end of level bosses
All levels randomly generated, no two games are the same
Story mode, and Arcade (highscore) mode
Daily challenges
Awesome 80’s action hero soundtrack
Stereoscopic 3D visuals

Gunslugs 2 will cost $4.99 in North America. The European price is set at €4.99.
