Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy is the Final Chapter in the Series’ Second Trilogy

In the Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy game, Professor Layton and his faithful assistants Luke and Emmy board the airship Bostonius and journey to locations all over the world as they solve the grEatest puzzle mankind has ever faced. Their globe – spanning quest to uncover the mystery surrounding the ancient Azran civilization takes them to such exotic and mysterious locations as the snow – covered town of Froenborg and the lush jungles of Phong Gi .

We have one more notable piece of news from coming out of Japan tonight. On March 31, the Nintendo Video app for 3DS will no longer be supported.

It’ll be interesting to see how Nintendo Video is handled in North America and Europe. In the US, the Big N previously pushed it pretty heavily, partnering with the likes of CollegeHumor for BearShark and Dinosaur Office.

A new system update is now available for the 3DS. Just like the upgraded Wii U firmware released earlier this week, version 7.1.0-16 improves the handheld’s stability. Other minor adjustments have been made as well.
