With just a short while to go before FIFA 18’s launch, EA Sports has updated the official boxart. It’s reflected on the official site, and is beginning to appear at retailers as well.
Below was the original boxart for comparison:

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – September Nintendo Direct vs. E3 / Switch Presentation visual comparisons

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was first shown during the Nintendo Switch Presentation in January. Monolith Soft has continued working on the game since then, and development is now wrapping up with the December 1 release in sight.
How has the game changed over the past several months? New comparison images offer a look. Hit up the gallery below for some shots comparing the latest September build to the E3 and Nintendo Switch Presentation versions.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 isn’t the only game to have changed over the past few months. The same goes for Super Mario Odyssey, which Nintendo has improved further from a visual standpoint.

The Poke Ball 2DS XL system launches worldwide in November. The same goes for the Pikachu version, though it’s currently Japan-only.

My Nintendo members in Europe have four new rewards available today, including two wallpapers, a 3DS theme, and a discount on Metroid: Samus Returns. The full lineup is as follows:
Platinum Points
– Metroid: Samus Returns wallpaper (blue) – 50 Platinum Points
– Metroid: Samus Returns wallpaper (red) – 50 Platinum Points
Gold Points
– 10% discount on Metroid: Samus Returns – 30 Gold Points
– Metroid: Samus Returns – Samus Aran 3DS theme – 20 Gold Points

Mario Party: The Top 100 boxart, Amazon pre-orders

The boxart is in for Mario Party: The Top 100, and we’ve included it above. While this is the European version, the North American version has the same design. Only the rating labels are different. Amazon has opened pre-orders for Mario Party: The Top 100 here.

Doom Switch vs. PS4 comparison

Bethesda announced two new games for Switch today. Along with Wolfenstein II, the publisher also intends to release Doom on Nintendo’s console.
Based on what was shown during the Nintendo Direct, Doom on Switch seems to stack up favorably to the PlayStation 4 version. Here’s a comparison of the two:
