We fortunately didn’t have to wait long for Natsume to clarify its Twitter tease posted a few hours ago.

The company, in conjunction with Rising Star Games, has announced that a new title from Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada is in the works. The tentatively titled “Project Happiness” is being developed by Wada’s TOYBOX Studio.

Natsume says that the experience “will warm the hearts of gamers”.

It sounds like specific information about Wada’s mysterious title may come out of E3. Natsume will be holding behind-closed doors meetings with members of the press where the first details will be revealed.

Senran Kagura Burst includes two games in one. It will, of course, contain the new title. But according to Famitsu, Marvelous AQL also has plans to add in the original 3DS game.

The first Senran Kagura is seeing some changes. A few visual and gameplay modifications have been incorporated to make it closer to Burst, and 3D will now be available in the locker room sections.

As far as Senran Kagura Burst is concerned, Famitsu states that even though you’ll play as the rivals of the original five heroines from the first game, the old cast will appear during the “novel part”. These scenes will provide players with some insight into the girls’ pasts.

Senran Kagura Burst plays homage to the original game in another way as well. Famitsu confirms you’ll be able to dress the new characters with clothing of the old heroines.

Yesterday we found out that THQ’s Danny Bilson left the company. But let’s pretend that didn’t happen for a few moments.

Prior to Bilson’s departure, Eurogamer sat down with the ex-EVP Core Games. He was asked about a couple of things regarding Wii U.

First up, Bilson discussed Darksiders II, noting how it will make “heavy use of the DRC controller”. It also won’t be “just a straight port.”

“There’s heavy use of the DRC (Digital Resistive Current) controller with Darksiders 2. I actually don’t know how much we’ve said about that stuff yet, but rest assured it’s got unique use of that controller for the game on the Wii U. It’s not just a straight port. There’s a separate team working really hard on it.”

Bilson later commented on THQ’s overall support for the console, explaining that they’ll be “specific” in determining which games to bring to the new console.

Bilson said the following when asked if each future multiplatform release will be given a Wii U version:

“To be determined. Everything with us has to be very specific choices. Look, we have a lot of money but we don’t have as much money as the other guys. So we have to be very specific and careful about our choices going forward. We felt Darksiders is a fantastic Wii U title. It echoes – I’m not going to say it echoes classic Nintendo gameplay because I don’t know what that means exactly – but we thought it was a great fit for that platform and we wanted to be there with one of our great titles day one for their platform for their launch, and that one seemed the best fit to do a great Wii U game.”

IGN has published a new interview with The Last Story director Hironobu Sakaguchi. In case you’ve forgotten, the Wii RPG is due out in a little over a month.

Sakaguchi commented on the game’s battle system, what it was like being a director again after a long hiatus, how the team dealt with the Wii’s SD resolution limitation, and more.

Natsume just finished teasing its North American localization announcement for Harvest Moon: A New Beginning. And now they’re at it again!

Earlier today, Natsume posted a message on Twitter saying:

“We’ve got an E3 secret we just can’t keep!”

Apparently more details are coming later tonight. Let’s hope this doesn’t drag on too long!
