Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was basically done when delay happened

Last March, Nintendo delayed The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to Spring 2023. However, that wasn’t due to the game being incomplete or anything along those lines.
Series producer Eiji Aonuma told The Washington Post that Tears of the Kingdom was basically complete when the delay was announced. The team ended up spending about a year on polish and to ensure that the physics worked properly. Given the complexity of the game, the debug process likely wasn’t easy.

Adventure puzzle game Boxville to release on Switch

Triomatica Games intends to bring Boxville to Switch, the developer has revealed. It’s due out on June 1, 2023.
Boxville is an adventure puzzle game about speechless cans living in the city of boxes and drawing doodles on cardboards to tell the stories. For more information, continue on below.

Nintendo Switch Sports developer Toshiki Otani recently posted an interesting blog about what it was like handling the UI and UX elements of the game. We also have a look at what seems to be different boxart (above) and logo designs (below) that were considered.
UI and UX elements are often overlooked when it comes to creating titles, and it’s especially important for Switch Sports given how it’s intended for people of all ages. Otani brought up aspects such as making the controls immediately easy to understand, cutting down on explanations, and more.
