Moving Player is preparing its latest title for the 3DS, tentatively known as “Sweet Factory”. The game is due out in early 2014 for the eShop.

Not much is known about Sweet Factory at present. Moving Player has confirmed that the title will provide match-3 puzzle gameplay, and time management will be involved as players produce sweets to satisfy customers.

Arc System Works will be bringing Arc Style: Solitaire to the North American 3DS eShop in the near future. Nintendo has the game listed on its website, meaning a release shouldn’t be too far off.

Arc Style: Solitaire comes with Klondike and Monte Carlo varieties. Players can also choose to play on the top screen or touch screen. Features include undo, hints, and the ability to save and return to your games later. More decks and backgrounds can be unlocked as well.

Image & Form is not planning just one, but a total of three new SteamWorld titles.

We’ve already known about one, which has only been teased in recent months. However, a tweet from the studio confirms that additional entries in the series are in the pipeline as well.

In 2011, Abylight published “AfterZoom” for DSiWare. The company has now announced a reworked version set for the 3DS eShop, PS Vita, mobile, and Windows platforms.

AfterZoom’s updated release will offer cartoon-styled visuals, new activities, and a revamped interface. One new stage has players testing organisms through mini-games.

AfterZoom’s new version is due out in June 2014.

Nintendo is planning some heavy maintenance for its online services next Monday. Between 9 AM PT and 8 PM PT, the Wii U/3DS eShops, Wii Shop Channel, and DSi Shop will be affected. Perhaps Nintendo is gearing up for the 3DS’ upcoming firmware update?
