Pinball FX just received a massive update on Nintendo Switch with new tables and more.
13 Williams Pinball tables are out now. If you purchased them previously in Pinball FX3, they can be downloaded at no extra cost. The update also includes new features and bug fixes.

Gex Trilogy gets first gameplay trailer [update: launch window, new trailer]

June 20: Gex Trilogy, which was previously announced for Switch last year, just resurfaced. A trailer for the game was shown during LRG3 2024.
Gex Trilogy will not only include multiple games, but some new features like the ability to rewind and save at any point. Here’s the official description:

Pokemon Champions will only let you use select Pokemon at launch, Pokemon Home support clarified

Following today’s reveal of Pokemon Champions, a couple of bits of information have been shared about plans for the roster.
According to a note provided by The Pokemon Company, at launch, only select creatures can be used. It was further clarified that not all Pokemon available in Pokemon Home will appear in the upcoming title. The creatures that can be sent to Pokemon Champions through Home are limited to the ones that appear in Pokemon Champions.

An official recap announcement has now been released for today’s Pokemon Presents 2025 presentation. Did you miss the event or are looking for a quick rundown? Thankfully, everything is easily digestible with this overview.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet have announced not one, but three upcoming Tera Raid Battles with Meowscarada, Skelidirge, and Quaquaval.
All three will be showing up in 7 Star Raids. Additionally, they’ll come with the Mightiest Mark. Each of these Pokemon can be caught once per save file.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A reveals first details and gameplays trailer

A year after it was announced, Pokemon Legends Z-A has finally reemerged. The game was just highlighted on Pokemon Presents 2025, an annual showcase that celebrates the franchise’s anniversary with the latest news and announcements.
Chikorita, Tepig, Totodile are the starters this time. Wild zones set up that give Pokémon habitats where they can thrive. Catching Pokemon works similarly to how things were in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. However, there’s a new style of battling – moves can have a shorter or longer reach as well as a different area of effect. Also, as previously teased, Mega Evolution is included.

Zelda-inspired Star Overdrive just got a Nintendo Switch demo

Starting today, Star Overdrive fans can try out a demo early with a demo that just arrived on Nintendo Switch. It’s accessible via the official Nintendo eShop page.
There’s a good chunk of gameplay here as the team says players can access the first hour or so of content. This includes a glimpse of the story plus a taste of the game’s puzzles, combat, and ability to free-ride on their hoverboard in the tutorial zone of a vast alien world.
