Publisher All In! Games today announced Red Wings: Aces of the Sky, an upcoming dogfight action game. The title is targeted for a June 25, 2020 launch on Switch and other platforms.

The neon 80s-themed action adventure game NYX: The Awakening is coming to Switch, publisher All In! Games and developer Black Sail Games have revealed. It has a tentative release date of September 24, 2020.

As previously announced, Nintendo is hosting a brand new Indie World Showcase today that will cover upcoming indie titles for Switch. The roughly 20-minute presentation goes live at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe.

Spacebase Startopia announced for Switch

Publisher Kalypso Media and developer Realmforge Studios today announced Spacebase Startopia, a game in which you’ll “manage your very own space station, maintaining the three unique deck types, accommodating eight different alien races and defending against enemy invaders while also contending with the station’s sharp-witted and sarcastic narrator AI, VAL.” It will arrive on Switch in Q3 2020.

Monster Rancher port heading to Switch in Japan

A modern port of Monster Rancher (known as Monster Farm in Japan), which was originally released on the PlayStation in 1997, was recently announced. However, at the time, it wasn’t revealed which platforms would be receiving the port. The newest issue of Nintendo Dream magazine has now revealed that Monster Rancher will be released on the Nintendo Switch eShop sometime this year. The port will be published by Koei Tecmo. Note that so far this release has only been confirmed for Japan. We will keep you updated should a Western release be announced.

Cygames has announced that the Story Event titled Valentine’s Confections will be making an out-of-season return in the latest revival on August 22nd.

Valentine’s Day may be months away, but it’s never too early to share your feelings! In the Valentine’s Confections story event, you can use event items acquired by clearing quests from the main campaign and various events to unlock special Valentine’s stories.
