Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is in a somewhat strange position. After the game was announced years ago, the hype has been building over time. Depending on who you talk to though, that hype has been deflating since the proper reveal in June 2024. A couple of other trailers have been released since then, but the game hasn’t seen its true standout moment so far.

The latest Metroid Prime 4 trailer debuted during a Nintendo Direct last week. That revealed the existence of motorcycle gameplay and some sort of open area in a desert. We’ve seen the game a few times now, but there’s still time to showcase it further before the December launch.

Based on what we’ve seen from Metroid Prime 4, how are you feeling about it so far? Do you plan on picking it up at the end of the year? Let us know in the comments.
