Switch eShop

Sometimes games see a surprise release on Switch without a mention in the official weekly Nintendo Download report. That happened once again this week, as Dragon Blaze landed on the North American eShop without any prior announcement. It was made available in Japan one day prior, so this isn’t too surprising.

Dragon Blaze is the latest arcade title from Zerodiv. We have the following English overview:

The Pinball Arcade

After it was listed one day prior to release, The Pinball Arcade did end up on the Switch eShop. However, the game was quickly pulled.

Developer FarSight Studios says that the removal was due to a licensing issue. Once that’s been taken care of, The Pinball Arcade will be added back to the eShop. We’ll be sure to let you know when that happens.

Horizon Chase Turbo should be making its way to Switch at some point in the future. On Facebook, developer Aquiris told one fan: “We’ll work to make Horizon Chase Turbo possible for Nintendo Switch after PS4 and Steam release!”

After it was released on mobile where it was well-received, Aquiris decided to bring Horizon Chase to new platforms as Horizon Chase Turbo. The arcade racer takes inspiration from the likes of Outrun, Top Gear, and Lotus Turbo Challenge. There are 12 cups, 48 cities, 110 tracks, 26 unlockable cars, and 10 upgrades. That’s on top of an Online Competitive Ghost Mode and split-screen multiplayer.

We have some additional information for Horizon Chase Turbo plus a trailer below.
