Brawlhalla is still going strong several years after its debut, and the game has now revealed its latest collaboration that will see SpongeBob SquarePants entering the fray.
SpongeBob himself is here along with Sandy and Patrick. We don’t have all of the details just yet, but a trailer came in just a short while ago that gives a first look at the partnership.

3goo is bringing The Rumble Fish+ to Switch, an eShop listing reveals. Look for the game on December 20, 2023.
The Rumble Fish+ is an arcade fighter that will include new features. Dimps originally made the title in 2004.

Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition reemerges with first details and screenshots

After it was first leaked at the end of August, Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition has now come back into the spotlight with first details and screenshots.
The game could be dropping on Switch very soon as a listing has now appeared on the Xbox store page. The description mentions that it’ll include “improved graphics, controls, and audio, along with brand-new autosave and cross-save features.”
Arcade Archives Scramble Formation hitting Switch this week

Hamster today announced the latest entry in the Arcade Archives series, which will be Scramble Formation. A worldwide release is scheduled for November 30, 2023.
Scramble Formation, made by Taito, originally came to arcades in 1986. Players can make use of three formations – balanced for air-to-air and air-to-ground projectiles, one that’s ground specialized, and one that’s air specialized.
Arcade Archives Scramble Formation will be distributed digitally on the Switch eShop. Pricing is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

F-Zero 99 version 1.1.0 patch notes

Nintendo announced the new version 1.1.0 update for F-Zero 99 yesterday, and we now have the patch notes.
As previously mentioned, Classic mode has been added. Lucky Ranks gameplay is in as well. Some other adjustments and changes are also a part of the update.

Thy Creature will soon be made available on Switch, it’s been announced. The game will first launch on November 30 in the Americas, Japan, South Korea. Europe and Australia will be getting it on December 17, 2023.

F-Zero 99 update announced (version 1.1.0) with Classic Race

Nintendo has announced a major update for F-Zero 99, with version 1.1.0 set to add Classic Race as a new mode.
Classic Race has a few elements to it but is essentially designed to replicate the original SNES experience with smaller courses. It’ll come with the same screen ratio as the original, offers a total of 20 racers, and limits things to one Boost per lap. Additionally, the Skyway, spin move, and filling the meter by taking down opponents are all disabled.
