Duck Detective The Ghost of Glamping

The latest European Nintendo Downloads for the week of May 22, 2025 are as follows:

Kemco is bringing another one of their RPGs to Nintendo Switch, this time Covenant of Solitude. The game is set to hit the eShop on June 6th, 2025. 

Covenant of Solitude was developed by Magitec, and originally released for mobile platforms in 2013. It follows Fort, a descendant of an outcasted race of genies who were feared for their ability to control monsters.

May 19: Ratalaika Games has announced that its latest title, Soccer Golf!, a quirky blend of soccer and golf, is heading to the Nintendo Switch this week. The game launches digitally on May 23.

In the title, players are tasked with athletically kicking their soccer ball into the goal in the lowest possible number of shots. Over fifty levels are included.

Bubble Ghost Remake, developed by Nakama Game Studio, puts players in the role of a ghost guiding a delicate bubble through charming puzzles and mysterious corridors. Today, the game receives the 2.0.0 update, a significant overhaul aimed at making the experience more accessible, balanced, and personalized.

This update introduces flexible new features that give players greater control over how they play. Whether you want to focus on the story, the puzzles, or the challenge, the update makes it easier than ever to enjoy Bubble Ghost Remake at your own pace.

Arcade Archives Ryukyu

Thanks to Hamster, we have confirmation that Arcade Archives Ryukyu will be dropping on Nintendo Switch this week. It’s slated for tomorrow, May 22.

Ryukyu originally comes from Success, having first launched in 1990. The puzzle game involves trying to complete the highest-scoring poker hand.

Old Skies release date

March 11: Today, Wadjet Eye Games finally confirmed its release date for Old Skies. The title heads to Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2025.

We’ve been waiting on this one quite a bit as the original announcement for Nintendo’s console took place in 2022. Designer Dave Gilbert has been working on this one for almost six years.

Here’s a recap on what to expect:

PQube announced that Iwakura Aria, the suspenseful visual novel developed by MAGES, is coming to the West on August 14 for Nintendo Switch.

Set within the mysterious Iwakura Mansion, the story follows Ichiko, a newly hired maid seeking only safety and stability. However, her fate quickly becomes intertwined with that of the mansion’s beautiful heiress. As secrets unfold, players will be drawn into a dramatic tale of intrigue and emotion.

Previously announced for Nintendo Switch, Missile Command: Recharged now has an official release date. The game, produced by Atari and developed by Mighty Yell and 13AM Games, launches on July 8.

A reimagining of the classic ’80s title, the arcade defense game returns as a turn-based tactical experience, set against a mysterious narrative that will leave players wondering if they’re truly defending cities or simply trapped in a simulation.

Sticky Business Book of Shadows DLC

Today, it was announced that Sticky Business is set to receive brand new Book of Shadows DLC. It will first come to PC on May 26 with Nintendo Switch to follow soon after.

The Book of Shadows DLC brings along a new wave of content for players. 84 new stickers (plus variations), 10 heartfelt customer stories, mystical goodies, glitter papers, and more are included.

Minecraft

In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for April 2025.

Similar to last month, it’s Minecraft at the top. Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition did make the top 15 last month, but has now fallen. A game that we didn’t see previously is Croc Legend of the Gobbos, which squeaks into the top ten.
