Rawrlab Games has shared new details on Spy Bros.: Pipi & Bibi’s DX, a new version of Toaplan’s arcade game.
It turns out that quite a bit of new content is planned, alongside different changes. The team has removed all erotic content, made the controls more responsive, took out “a few extremely difficult spots”, added new modes, and more.

LunarLux, anime-inspired adventure RPG, confirmed for Switch

LunarLux has been confirmed for Switch following a successful Kickstarter campaign. The $10,000 goal was met in just twelve hours, but the total amount has since surpassed $40,000. Having hit a stretch goal, the title will be released on Nintendo’s console in the future. Freedom Games is publishing while CosmicNobab Games is handling development.
LunarLux is said to be “a story-rich, anime-inspired adventure RPG that takes place on the moon”. Battles feature grid-based action and dodging mechanics, with the team citing Mega Man Battle Network, Undertale, and Mario & Luigi as inspirations.

The Samurai Collection coming to Switch next week

Original (10/29): QUByte Interactive has another retro package planned for Switch, as an eShop listing has The Samurai Collection. This is due out on November 3, 2022.
The Samurai Collection appears to include First Samurai and Second Samurai, a pair of beat ’em up platformers. First Samurai originally came out in 1991 for the Amiga and Atari ST, though it later ended up on other systems like the SNES. Second Samurai followed in 1993 for the Amiga and later the SEGA Mega Drive.

The Oregon Trail coming to Switch

Gameloft announced today that it’s bringing The Oregon Trail to Switch. The title, which first released on Apple Arcade in 2021, will be available for Switch on November 14, 2022.
The game will head to Switch with the previous five content updates offered previously. This includes additional accessibility options, more events, and visual filters.
