RPGolf Legends

RPGolf, an RPG that first debuted in 2017, is now seeing a sequel in the form of RPGolf Legends. Kemco will be bringing the game to Switch and other platforms in the future in partnership with developer ArticNet.

RPGolf Legends offers a mix of action RPG, adventure, and golf gameplay. Outside of golf, you’ll be exploring the world, battling enemies, and making allies. A class system is included along with skills, special items, and more.

Steel Assault gameplay

Gameplay has come in for Steel Assault, an action-platformer from publisher Tribute Games and developer Zenovia. It just released on Switch yesterday.

The Point & Click Sale

Select indie developers have come together to host a special sale on the Switch eShop known as “The Point & Click Sale”. Fans can save up to 76 percent on a variety of titles.

Sheepo

Today, publisher Top Hat Studios and indie developer Kyle Thompson announced that the Metroidvania game Sheepo will be appearing on Switch next month. The title will arrive digitally on October 20.

Sheepo is a Metroidvania platformer in which you play as a shape-shifting sheep-alien zoologist who is tasked with exploring the uncharted planet Cebron and collecting samples of its living species. Doing so will save them from extinction with the upcoming death of their planet’s star.

Black Widow: Recharged Asteroids: Recharged Breakout: Recharged

Atari, in partnership with developers Adamvision Studios and SneakyBox Studios, today announced Black Widow: Recharged, Asteroids: Recharged, and Breakout: Recharged. Black Window is up first on October 28, with the other two titles following in Q4 2021.

These three games follow Centipede: Recharged, which is out today on Switch.

Touhou Genso Wanderer: Lotus Labyrinth R

Today, publisher Phoenixx and developer Aqua Style announced that they’re bringing Touhou Genso Wanderer: Lotus Labyrinth R to Switch next week. A release is planned for September 30 worldwide.

The game is a dungeon crawler featuring an “Oversized Party System”. Players can have dozens of partners tag along for their adventures. Aside from the usual main party, it’s possible to assign partners to entire other teams with their own leaders, which can then act separately.

Brazilian developer PetitFabrik has announced that Kukoos: Lost Pets, its upcoming 3D platformer inspired by classics like Super Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie, is on the way to Switch. A release is planned for this fall.

Kukoos: Lost Pets takes place in a cartoon world where players need to rescue a series of brainwashed pets being held captive by a robot frog. The game has many colorful areas to explore, lots of collectables and hidden secrets to find, and puzzles to solve. Expect to see environments that include ancient temples, lush forests, ice cream mountains, and haunted pizzerias. Also, you’ll be able to meet and befriend five distinct pets that have their own strengths, weaknesses, and gameplay styles.

Takorita Meets Fries

Publisher Ratalakia Games and developer ROSEVERTE intend to bring Takorita Meets Fries to Switch this week. The visual novel is slated for October 1, according to an eShop listing.

Toy Soldiers HD

Toy Soldiers HD has been delayed once again, and is now moving to October 21.

The game was first lined up for Spring 2020, but was then pushed back to 2021. Then after it was slated for this August, it ended up moving to September 9. It was most recently on track for September 30.
