The latest EDGE review scores for issue #416 (December 2025 issue) have now been released. Games reviewed this month include Hollow Knight: Silksong and Cronos: The New Dawn.

A comprehensive graphics comparison has come in for Super Mario Galaxy, putting the Wii, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 versions of the game up against each other.

Wii is of course the very original release. Following that, the Super Mario 3D All-Stars version is included. The last part of the equation is the new Nintendo Switch edition showing it on that console as well as on Switch 2.

Majogami comes out at the end of the month, but before then, players can try out a brand new demo starting today.

The demo lets fans take control of the witch Shiroha and her katana “Kamikiri.” They can slash through the paper craft stages at lightning speed with her instant-speed sword attack, Setsuna. After meeting the Astral Sirius, Setsuna will unlock her first transformation, enhancing her abilities for a limited time.

Publisher Headup and developer com8com1 Software have announced that their game, previously released only on PC, Bloodshed, is heading to Nintendo Switch on October 23.

Bloodshed is an intense roguelite first-person shooter with retro visuals and frantic combat in a “Survivors”-style experience. Players face endless waves of undead enemies, collect experience points, and upgrade their skills and weapons in a battle to survive the night.

Persona 3 Reload will be appearing on Nintendo Switch 2 later this month, but it turns out there was once consideration for a Switch 1 version as well.

According to P-Studio general producer Kazuhisa Wada, releasing the RPG on Nintendo hardware was always the goal, “but simultaneous development was inevitably difficult.” Following the announcement of Nintendo Switch 2, Atlus wanted to obtain a development kit as soon as possible and deliver on fan requests.

We’re just a little over a month away from the release of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero on Nintendo Switch and 2, scheduled to launch on November 14. To keep the excitement going, Bandai Namco has shared a new update celebrating the game’s one-year anniversary.

Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 has arrived on Nintendo Switch, and to celebrate, a new trailer has dropped. Both titles are showcased in the video.

Super Rare Games has another Nintendo Switch physical release in the works, which is The Pale Beyond.

3,000 copies will be up for grabs. It comes with interior art, a full-color manual, exclusive sticker, and trading cards.

Onion Games has announced the release date for the western version of Stray Children on Nintendo Switch. It’s due out on October 30, 2025.

Stray Children has already been on Nintendo Switch for close to a year, but only in Japan. Onion Games was previously behind the re-release of Moon: Remix RPG Adventure, and formerly creators of games like Rule of Rose, Little King’s Story, Chulip, and even Super Mario RPG.

Ubisoft today issued its second update for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Star Wars Outlaws. This is version 8969792.TU2.

The update includes improvements to general stability, fixes, and visual quality. Performance has also been improved.
