Code of Princess wasn’t a huge hit in Japan, with producer Yasuo Nakajima labeling sales as being “so-so”. In North America, however, Nakajima said that the game “sold beyond our expectations.”

He said:

“In Japan, it sold so-so, but in the US Code of Princess sold beyond our expectations.”

Nakajima is interested in creating Code of Princess 2, but it sounds like he’s thinking more about the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as opposed to Wii U. You can read about that here.

Soccer Up 3D has been discounted slightly on the North American 3DS eShop. It’s usually priced at $6.99, but you can now purchase the game for $4.99. The sale runs through July 1.

SnowCastle Games is now in possession of a Wii U development kit.

Elminage Gothic 3D Remix has been delayed about a month in Japan. Originally scheduled for July 11, it’s now set to be released on August 8. The game was pushed back “for various reason”, but nothing specific was mentioned in the announcement.

Gory Detail is bringing its next game, “The Unlikely Legend of Rusty Pup”, to the 3DS and Wii U eShops.

Former Rare developer Chris Seavor gave the lowdown on the game to Nintendo Life, offering vague details about the game’s story and gameplay:
