It’s been a little bit since we last heard about the Switch version of Tiny Thor, but a release date is now here and the game isn’t very far away at all. IndieForge and Asylum Square have revealed that the 16-bit platformer is heading to the console on August 3, 2023.
We previously reported on Tiny Thor back in February. The PC version came out in June, but we’ve been waiting to hear when the Switch version would debut.

Publisher Microids and developer Magic Pocket today announced Survivor: Castaway Island, a new Switch game based on the Banijay-owned TV format. It’s slated to launch on October 3, 2023.
The adventure game has players choosing from twelve adventurers and joining a tribe. It’s also been mentioned: “Survive in the the untamed wilderness, test your skills in exciting challenges and play the social game of alliance and strategy.”
Noowanda has announced that it’s about to bring Ring Racer to Switch as a digital release. The game is due out on July 21, 2023.
Ring Racer, which seems to take some inspiration from Star Fox, has players navigating narrow canyons at a high speed. More information can be found in the following overview:
The Dragoness: Command of the Flame has now received a final release date. It’ll be available for Switch on September 7, 2023.
PQube and Crazy Goat Games previously announced the strategy RPG back in January. Only a general 2023 launch window was provided at the time.
It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. This week, Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince appear for the first time.

Rearmed Eitr & Rearmed Alcryst is next up as the latest summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes. It will include Diamant: Rising Power (voiced by Stephen Fu, art by Suekane Kumiko), Citrinne: Caring Noble (voiced by Brittney Karbowski, art by ne-on), Alcryst: Tender Archer (voiced by Micah Solusod, art by sena), and Eitr: Hand of Nothing (voiced by Caitlyn Elizabeth, art by Kippu).
Diamant’s learnable skills are Fair-Fight Blade, Bonfire, and Atk/Def Finish 4. Citrinne’s are Tome of Luxuries, Iceberg, Special Spiral 4, and Atk/Res Oath 4. For Alcryst, the skills are Arcane Darkbow, Deadeye, Flash Sparrow, Get Behind Me, and Def/Res Smoke 3. Lastly, Eitr has Arcane Nihility, Luna, Power of Nihility, Beast Sense 4, Alarm Atk/Spd.
Another Splatfest for Splatoon 3 is in the books and the results are in for the ice cream event which had vanilla, strawberry, and mint chip battling it out for supremacy.
The halftime report from Nintendo showed that Team Vanilla had the slimmest of leads at 33.94 percent. Team Mint was in second with 33.40 percent, followed by Team Strawberry with 32.66 percent.
Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet just revealed their latest Tera Raid Battle event that will be all about Rillaboom. Fans will recognize the Grass-type creature having started out in Sword and Shield as the final evolution for Grookey.
For the upcoming event, Rillaboom will carry the Normal Tera Type in seven star raids. Additionally, it will have the Mightiest Mark and can be caught once per save file.
