TreeFall Studios hopes to fund its next project through Indiegogo. The indie developer launched a campaign today for “Maze” – a first-person puzzle/adventure game for the Wii U eShop.

TreeFall promises “tons of mazes, between multiple worlds, bonus worlds, arcade modes, and possibly a multi-player mode.” In terms of length, “it is a full fledged game, with a much longer length than The Letter.”

Little Orbit has released the first screenshots and boxart for Disney Planes: Fire & Rescue. You can find all of the images in our gallery above.

Cyber Gadget has announced the Cyber Arcade Stick for Japan. Essentially, it adds a joystick to the 3DS XL. When it does launch, consumers will be able to purchase the product for 3,002 yen (roughly $30).

Shortly after his departure from Nintendo, Dan Adelman took to Twitter to answer queries and concerns from fans. One of the interesting little tidbits to come out was that at the beginning of last generation, Adelman originally pushed for Grim Fandango HD to come to Nintendo hardware. Here’s the quote:

Which were some games that you work really hard to get them on Nintendo’s platforms, but for some reason at the end you couldn’t?
Grim Fandango. I mentioned the idea of an HD remake to Tim Schafer about 7-8 years ago. I was so jealous that PlayStation got that. Curse you, Adam Boyes!

Today’s Super Smash Bros. for 3DS screenshot appears to reveal a new stage in the game that pays homage to the Game Boy. Check it out below:


Sakurai left an additional comment on Miiverse, in which he states:

If you turn on the 3D effect, it really looks like there’s a Game Boy inside the screen.

Although Sakurai doesn’t flat-out confirm a stage here, that definitely looks like the case.
