Some new updates have just surfaced for both Capcom Arcade Stadium and Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium, Capcom’s two arcade game collections. 

Both games are receiving similar new features, such as a new Turbo shot speed mode for certain games, the ability to operate the camera with the right stick, and game settings being saved individually for each game. Savage Bees in Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium is also gaining the option to switch name entry language between English and Japanese.

Mega Man 11 best-selling game

Mega Man 11 has taken the crown as the series’ best-selling game, according to the latest data from Capcom.

As relayed by Rockman Corner, Mega Man 11 sold 1.60 million units across all platforms. That’s based on sales through September 30, 2022.

Resident Evil Village Cloud trailer

Capcom is promoting the release of Resident Evil Village Cloud with a new trailer. The game doesn’t run natively on Switch hardware, but instead online (over the cloud).

Here’s a bit of information about Resident Evil Village:

Resident Evil Village Gold Edition story trailer

Capcom has provided a new look at the Gold Edition and Winters’ Expansion DLC for Resident Evil Village. As a reminder, the game itself is set to arrive on Switch next week.

Resident Evil Gold Edition is highlighted by three features. It includes a new third-person mode, Mercenaries Additional Orders with new playable characters and stages, and Shadows of Rose that continues the story of Ethan’s daughter, Rosemary.

Resident Evil 2 3 7 Cloud release date

Release dates have been announced for the next wave of Resident Evil cloud games on Switch.

First, Resident Evil 2 Cloud will launch on November 11, 2022. Resident Evil 3 Cloud will follow on November 18. Resident Evil VII: Biohazard will close things out on December 16.

Don’t forget that we’re also a few days away from Resident Evil Village Cloud on Switch. As a reminder, that one is set to drop on October 28, 2022. The game will also be getting the Winters’ Expansion DLC on December 2.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak update 12.0.1

Capcom just released a new update for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, and version 12.0.1 is now available on Switch.

The update includes unauthorized Anomaly Investigations countermeasures, a fix for a Switch save data size error, and  changes to repeated gesture and pose inputs. Other fixes and adjustments are included as well.

Capcom Fighting Collection 1.0.2

A notable update has just come to Capcom Fighting Collection. The package is now at version 1.0.2.

New options, features, and more are now available. Some of the main points include more color blind accessibility options for Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, a new Smooth Filter, and viewable hitboxes in Training Mode.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection first gameplay

Thanks to IGN, we have some of the first gameplay from Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. Seven minutes of footage is available.

The video starts out by showing 3D MegaMan.EXE, who will guide players through the game selection screen and gallery. We then get a brief look at the first three titles in the package. Of course, everything is shown in Japanese here.

Ahead of the release of Monster Hunter Rise’s Sunbreak second title update next week on September 29, Capcom have shared some new gameplay footage on Twitter of their RnD team tackling one of the new monsters that will feature in the expansion, Flaming Espinas. This is footage taken from the special quest that was available at Capcom’s booth at TGS 2022.
