Studio Fawn’s Bloom: Memories, an action-adventure RPG, may end up on Wii U. In fact, the company says there’s “a pretty good chance” of that happening. We’ll likely be seeing it after the initial release so that Wii U-specific GamePad features can be added in.

One fan asked Studio Fawn about the potential Wii U version on Twitter. In response, the indie dev said:

You can find Bloom: Memories on Kickstarter here.

Thanks to n1nt2nd0 for the tip.

Flipper, Ace Mathician, and Color Commando developer Goodbye Galaxy Games has shared new details about its first effort for the 3DS eShop.

“Tappingo” is a new puzzle game for the digital store. It has players solving pixel art puzzles by making numbered blocks extend into lines. The lines continue on until they hit something, making things more difficult. You’ll need to use other blocks and lines to stop the line at the correct length for the best results.

Tappingo will include 100 puzzles, small and big grids, and a feature which keeps track of the time it takes you to solve a puzzle.

You can find the official Tappingo website here.

Actos Games’ puzzle RPG “Apexicon” has a shot at coming to Wii U. The Wii U version will be made, thanks to the Nintendo Web Framework, if Kickstarter funds reach $20,000.

The game itself needs $15,000 in donations in order to reach its target goal. The Kickstarter ends on December 1st.

You can check out the official Kickstarter page here.

River City: Ransom met its Kickstarter funding goal last month, but the campaign missed out on various console stretch goals. So what does that mean for potential Wii U and 3DS versions?

Good news: both systems are still up for consideration. Producer Daniel Crenna told Red Bull UK that the company will self-fund additional platforms for release.

Crenna said:

We are looking at options for additional funding if we think we need more fuel to ensure we meet our goals, and to self-fund additional platforms we didn’t hit in our stretch goals.

Paradise Lost: First Contact has a chance of coming to Wii U. If the Kickstarter manages to reach $250,000 in funding, it’ll be guaranteed a release on Nintendo’s platform. There would be plans to offer specific controls for the GamePad.

Paradise Lost: First Contact features side-scrolling stealth, puzzles, and even a tinge of horror. The Kickstarter campaign itself needs to reach $70,000 in order to be funded. It’ll have until December 1 to do so.

You can donate to the campaign here.

Two Tribes will be releasing some of its classic games on the Wii U eShop starting with Toki Tori, which the studio hopes will be ready for launch next week. EDGE and RUSH are two other classic titles Two Tribes will publish before year’s end.

In the case of EDGE, it seems as though a 3DS version is also in the cards. This is something that Two Tribes hinted at previously, but never officially announced. But based on a discovery of ours, it’s now all but confirmed.

A rating for a 3DS version of EDGE recently popped up on the USK. After following up with Two Tribes, we were given a simple response: “More news on this soon!” I’d expect an official announcement in the near future.
