Pokemon Sword

As part of the Pokemon World Championships 2022, a new Victini event code has been made available for Pokemon Sword and Shield.

The creature comes in at level 50 and has the moves V-create, Zen Headbutt, Work Up, and Flame Charge. Its ability, Victory Star, boosts accuracy for itself and other Pokemon by 10%.

Pokemon Sword Shield Grimmsnarl

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are now hosting a new Max Raid Battle event that puts the focus on Grimmsnarl.

During the event, the creature is more likely to appear. Additionally, those that are lucky enough may encounter a Shiny version. Of course, there’s no guarantee that Shiny Grimmsnarl will appear, so you may have to enter a number of Max Raid Battles before one shows up.

To celebrate the Pokemon Masters Tournament in the anime, Ash’s current team is being distributed via event code for Pokemon Sword and Shield in Japan. Despite it being targeted in this region, it seems players worldwide can take advantage.

The creature comes in at level 80 and has the moves Fishious Rend, Dragon Rush, Ice Fang, and Water Gun. Also, the ability Strong Jaw is included that boosts the strength of Fishious Rend.

Pokemon Sword Shield Shiny Marill

A new Max Raid Battle event is here for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield with players having a chance to obtain Shiny Marill.

The event is putting the focus on Water-type Pokemon. By defeating them, you’ll be given items like Fresh Water, Soda Pop, and Lemonade. Poliwag, Marill, and Spheal will be appearing more often. Shiny Marill isn’t a guarantee to show up, so you’ll need a bit of luck on your side.

Pokemon Sword Shield Gastrodon distribution

The North American Pokemon International Championships are currently underway, and to celebrate the event, a special Gastrodon  has kicked off in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Eric Rios previously used this creature with its particular moveset to win the European International Championships earlier this year.

For the Gastrodon distribution, the Pokemon comes with the moves Earth Power, Ice Beam, Yawn, and Protect. It’ll be at level 50 with the Leftovers item. Thanks to its ability, it can use Storm Drain.

Pokemon Sword Shield Shiny Clefairy

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have kicked off a special distribution for a Shiny Clefairy. This comes in celebration of the Pokemon Championships Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Phillipines.

The Clefairy being provided is based on the one used by Jirawiwat Thitasiri, who won the 2021 Pokemon Asia Players Cup. It knows the moves Protect, Helping Hand, Follow Me, and Icy Wind. Additionally, it comes in at level 50 and is holding the Eviolite item.

Pokemon Sword Shield Gigantamax Urshifu

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have just started up a special Max Raid Battle event featuring Gigantamax Urshifu.

Players can take on both versions of the creature. That means they can battle against Urshifu as both the Single Strike Style and Rapid Strike Style. Unfortunately though, it can’t be caught. If you do defeat Gigantamax Urshifu, you’ll earn valuable items you normally wouldn’t receive from Max Raid Battles.

pokemon sword shield distribution Sableye Grimmsnarl

The Japanese and Korean Pokemon Trainers Cup 2022 has been taking place today, and as part of that, all Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield players can claim a special Sableye and Grimmsnarl for a limited time.

The Sableye and Grimmsnarl here are based on the one used by previous winners. Sableye contains the moves Fake Out, Quash, Foul Play, and Trick while Grimmsnarl uses Spirit Break, Scary Face, Trick, and Taunt. Both are at level 50 with the Eject Button.

Pokemon Sword Shield Shellder

A new Max Raid Battle has kicked off in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, which puts the focus on Shellder.

This is a pretty straightforward event without any gimmicks. Shellder will simply be showing up more often while it’s active. Also, if players are lucky enough, they may encounter a shiny version of the Pokemon.

Pokemon Sword Shield pokemon sword shield Dracovish

In celebration of the Pokemon 2022 European International Championships, fans can get their hands on a special code for Dracovish.

Back in 2020, Marco Silva won the Oceania International Championships. Dracovish was on his team to help secure that victory, and this is the same creature that’s now a part of today’s distribution.
