Nintendo confirmed earlier today that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has shipped 6.7 million copies on Switch worldwide. Adding in sales of the Wii U version of about 1.08 million, the overall total should be roughly 7.78 million units worldwide.
The big takeaway from that number is Breath of the Wild is now the second highest-selling Zelda game. Only Twilight Princess has it beat globally with 8.85 million copies sold. Breath of the Wild could very well overtake it in time.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle sold through 78% of its initial shipment in Japan
Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 4 Comments
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is off to a strong start in Japan. During the week of January 15, it was the market’s top-seller. Media Create reports first week sales of 67,000 units.
Media Create further states that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle sold through 78.26% of its initial shipment. The Rabbids series isn’t really a big deal in Japan, and pre-orders were a bit on the slow side. However, reservations picked up quite a bit to about 30,000 units. Media Create also says that commercials have made a big impact and have appealed to the family demographic.
