Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition is still selling on 3DS – despite having launched over three years ago.

100,000 copies of the game were sold between July and September of this year. Total sales now stand at 1.2 million units as a result.

It’s kind of crazy to think that Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition remains a decent seller on 3DS. After all, the game doesn’t have any content from Arcade Edition, 2012 or Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Youkai Watch 2: Shinuchi sold over 1.2 million copies in its first two days in Japan. Those strong sales also came with a very high sell-through rate. According to Media Create, Shinuchi sold through 84.77 percent of its initial shipment.

Strong sales of Youkai Watch 2: Shinuchi helped boost the Japanese market as a whole. Total software sales came in at 2.263 million units last week, up 210.80 percent from the previous week.

Tomodachi Life has sold over 1 million copies in Europe, Nintendo has announced.

Tomodachi Life launched in the west this past June.

Philippe Lavoué from Nintendo of France provided another round of sales numbers in an interview with Le Figaro. Check out a summary of what was shared below.

– amiibo have been successful thus far
– All figures have been popular, but some are harder to find like Kirby and Wii Fit Trainer
– Smash Bros. 3DS sold 220,000 copies since launch; Special bundle with 3DS XL + game back in stores this week
– Still targeting 200,000 copies for Smash Bros. Wii U, though this could be higher with Christmas sales
– Smash Bros. Basic bundle confirmed for France
– Wii U sold 490,000 units (vs. 340,000 units in May)
– Nintendo expects 550,000 units for Wii U by the end of the year; Smash Bros. bundle should help
– Tomodachi Life sold over 400,000 units in France
– Tomodachi Life sold over 1 million copies in Europe as a whole
– There are only 10,000 units of the 2DS and Tomodachi Life bundle left in France
– Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire sold 400,000 copies in 3 weeks
– Nintendo expects 500,000 units/540,000 units for Pokemon sold in France by the end of the year
– Disney Magical World: all units for launch have been sold (50,000 units), and there’s already been new stocks sent to retailers
– New Super Mario Bros. 2 is hard to find in France and is selling about 14,000 units per week over the past few weeks
– Animal Crossing: New Leaf is selling about 15,000 units per week currently

Marvelous is about to reach a sales milestone for Story of Seasons. The company has announced that its game is closing in on 300,000 copies shipped in Japan.

Marvelous is celebrating the news with a special sale. 3DS owners in Japan will be able to purchase Story of Seasons for 2,500 yen as opposed to 5,184 yen between December 24 and January 7. A PC/smartphone background drawn by Igusa Matsuyama can also be downloaded here.

Tomodachi Life sold over 200,000 copies in Germany for the months of November, The Federal Association of Interactive Entertainment Software has announced. Thanks to its success, the game received a platinum award along with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Grand Theft Auto V.

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS did quite well, too, having moved over 100,000 units last month (October launch sales have not been disclosed). The game earned a bronze award for its sales.
