Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is celebrating this week’s launch of Bravely Default II with a new Spirit Board event. Spirits based on the game will be up for grabs later this week, Nintendo has announced.

The Bravely Default II Spirit Board event begins on February 26. It’ll last for a total of five days.

Another batch of screenshots are in showing off Pyra and Mythra in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, who were announced for the game last week. Director Masahiro Sakurai shared the images on social media.

During today’s ongoing Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo shared the latest Super Smash Bros. Ultimate news. The broadcast announced that Pyra and Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 are joining the game.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be unveiling and releasing two more characters later in 2021 as part of Fighters Pass Vol. 2. Min Min, Steve & Alex, and Sephiroth are already available through the season pass. Fighters Pass Vol. 1 featured Joker, Hero, Banjo & Kazooie, Terry, and Byleth.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be hosting its latest tournament later in the week. For the newest theme, players can only use fighters that use their body to attack. You can earn better spirits as you stack up wins.

The new tournament event goes live on February 19. Expect it to end after three days.
