GameStop has revealed an exclusive pre-order bonus for Valkyria Chronicles 4. If you rserve the game, you’ll receive the Ragnarok hat pictured above. Pre-orders can be placed here.

All retailers, including GameStop, will also be offering a launch edition for Valkyria Chronicles 4. This comes with a free Ragnarok controller skin.

Original: SEGA has passed along some notable news about Valkyria Chronicles 4. Along with a demo, digital pre-orders will be live later today. SEGA actually says that both are live now, but we’re not seeing anything just yet – that should change when the eShop updates in a couple of hours.

Here’s what to expect from the demo:

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is getting a launch edition, and when purchased, provides consumers with a special Ragnarok controller skin. SEGA showed off the skin in a new video, which we have below.

SEGA has prepared a new Switch-specific trailer for Valkyria Chronicles 4. We’ve gone ahead and attached it below.

The official release dates for Valkyria Chronicles 4 and Valkyria Chronicles 1 for the Switch in Japan were officially revealed in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 will launch both physically and digitally for 7,490 yen on September 27th, while Valkyria Chronicles 1 will launch on the same day on the Switch’s eShop for 1,990 yen. As mentioned before, those who purchase Valkyria Chronicles 4 will be able to pick up the first title and save 500 yen off it.
