Turn-based narrative experience Frank and Drake coming to Switch

Publisher Chorus Worldwide and STAY developer Appnormals Team have revealed Frank and Drake, a turn-based narrative experience. The game is on track to launch for Switch in Spring 2022.
Frank and Drake is a new take on the characters of Frankenstein and Dracula. The “intertwining, dual narrative, audiovisual adventure” features a story of two housemates who never meet, but whose lives are linked through the notes they leave each other around their home. The game will alternate between Frank, who’s a a machine-savvy, sickly man in the daylight hours and Drake, a mysterious newcomer to the city at night.

Warplane arcade shooter Red Wings: American Aces announced for Switch

All In! Games has announced Red Wings: American Aces, a spin-off of the warplane arcade shooter Red Wings: Aces of the Sky. The project does not currently have a release window.
Red Wings: American Aces “puts you in the pilot’s seat of a nostalgic, action-packed arcade shooter illustrated in a vibrant comic-book style with a gaming mode for every occasion.” Online multiplayer is supported, allowing a team of up to five players to face off against other squads in Elimination, Time Team Battle, or Score Team Battle modes. If you prefer battling alone, you can compete with up to nine other pilots in Last Man Standing, Score Battle, or Time Battle modes. Local co-op is also supported for smaller fighter groups of one or two pilots in Score Battle, Time Battle, and Hide n’ Seek modes.
Pokemon Home update out now on mobile (version 1.5.0), patch notes

The mobile version of Pokemon Home gained a new 1.5.0 update today. On both iOS and Android, the patch can now be downloaded.
The app is introducing a Trainer Info feature, the ability to search for Pokemon that other people are asking for in the GTS, and more. The full patch notes for Pokemon Home update version 1.5.0 can be found below.

Metroid Dread amiibo delayed in Europe

The Metroid Dread amiibo won’t be ready for launch in Europe, as Nintendo announced a delay over on social media today.
The game, along with the new figures, were both planned for October 8. However, the amiibo have encountered “unforeseen shipping delays”, and the 2-pack of Samus and E.M.M.I. will now be available on November 5.

Smash Bros. Ultimate to host Spirit Board event based on flowers

Nintendo has announced the next event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, which pairs up the Spirit Board with flowers. Spirits related to flowers will appear while it’s active. The Flying Pikmin, Celebi, and Daisy Mae are among the characters you can count on seeing. Defeat these spirits to earn more gold than usual.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tends to switch between tourneys and Spirit Board events. Last week, a tournament was held that put the focus on Assist Trophies. Prior to that, the game held a Spirit Board event that celebrated the 20th anniversary of the GameCube.
As for this week’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Spirit Board event with flowers, it’ll be held starting on September 24. It will last for a total of three days.
