Everyday Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family was first planned for May before it was delayed due to the coronavirus. It was last on track for sometime in 2020, but another delay was announced earlier today.

Following today’s news, Everyday Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family does not have a new release window. The extra time will be used for quality improvements.

Everyday Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family will launch for Switch in North America and Japan when it’s complete.

Original: This week’s UK software sales are in, and it turns out that Switch had a busy past few days.

GamesIndustry reports that boxed Switch game sales were up 33 percent last week. 9 percent more Switch games were sold during Black Friday 2020 compared with the same period last year.

During Black Friday week, Switch titles comprised over 38 percent of all boxed games sold in the UK. There were some big increases including Animal Crossing: New Horizons (up 58 percent week-over-week), Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (up 62 percent), Minecraft (up 26 percent) and Super Mario 3D All-Stars (up 54 percent). However, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity dropped by 61 percent.

Monster Hunter Rise

A network data breach has revealed quite a bit of Capcom’s plans for the near-term and long-term. Much of the discussion has surrounded unannounced projects and future plans for the Ace Attorney series, but a new rumor has sprung up regarding a game due out in just a few months.

Capcom has yet to confirm which monsters will be in Monster Hunter Rise, but we may now have more of a better idea on that front. AsteriskAmpers1 has taken a closer look at some of the recent files stemming from the leak and claims to have uncovered a bunch of returning creatures as well as a few new ones.

Nintendo has revealed that Overcooked 2 will soon be temporarily free in Japan as part of a temporary Switch Online offer. Members can play the game at no extra charge between December 7 and December 13. Additionally, progress can be transferred to the paid version.

Thus far, this offer has not been announced for the west. However, as long as you’re a Switch Online subscriber, you should be able to participate. You’ll just need to create a Japanese Nintendo Account (if you haven’t done so already), register it with your Switch system, and access the Japanese eShop.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity didn’t have any sort of special edition in the west, but Koei Tecmo did release a Treasure Box in Japan. Copies include the game, an acrylic plate, paraglider blanket, and metal charm.
