Fantasy Strike

The fighting game Fantasy Strike has received a new update involving new features, plenty of changes, and a bunch of fixes. Technical improvements relate to crashes, disconnects, and blackscreens.

Terraria has been updated to version 1.0.7 on Switch, bringing along some major functionality. All players can now access a two-player splitscreen mode.

Super Punch Patrol

Super Punch Patrol, a beat ’em up action from the creator of Gunman Clive and Mechstermination Force, has received a new batch of footage. Check out the gameplay below.

Super Punch Patrol is planned for a September 17 release on the Switch eShop.

Pokemon Picross

Were you left unsatisfied with this year’s Pokemon leaks? Or how about all of the ones involving the N64? Perhaps the latest leak will tickle your fancy, which involves the Game Boy and Game Boy Color.

The latest treasure trove of leaks stem from a “lotcheck” dump of Game Boy and Game Boy Color games from way back in the day. Titles submitted in this state were submitted to Nintendo for review.

What’s included in today’s findings involve a bunch of cancelled games like Pokemon Picross, which was promoted in Japanese gaming magazines in 1999, but never actually made it to market. Then there’s Gimmick Land, coming from Mario & Luigi developer AlphaDream. On top of that, we have a look at ports of Famicom / Super Famicom games, English localizations that never officially released outside of Japan, and even a Hello Kitty game that apparently would have supported the Game Boy Printer.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake

Following previous rumors, Ubisoft officially announced Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake today. There’s just some confusion as to whether or not it’ll actually be on Switch.

In the official trailer, posted below, there’s no mention of Switch anywhere. The official press release we received also makes no mention of it coming to the console.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition

Ubisoft has shared the official announcement for the just-revealed Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition. Once again, the game is coming to Switch this holiday.

It’s now confirmed that Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition will be digital only, meaning it will be distributed via the eShop. Pricing is set at $14.99.

Ubisoft is bringing Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game Complete Edition to Switch, the company has announced. It will launch this holiday.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game originally launched in August 2010, and became a cult classic. This will be its first appearance on a Nintendo system.
