Tangledeep arriving on Switch early next year

The roguelike dungeon crawler Tangledeep is coming to Switch, Impact Gameworks has announced. The developer intends to release its game in early 2018. More news about the Switch release will be shared in the months ahead.

Game Rant has published its full interview with Metroid co-creator Yoshio Sakamoto. Sakamoto touched on why 3DS was chosen as the platform for Metroid: Samus Returns on 3DS, as well as why Metroid II was fit for a remake. He was also asked about possible interest in an animated series / movie, though Sakamoto didn’t have much to say here.

Keiji J.B. Harold no Jikenbo: Manhattan Requiem hitting Switch in Japan this fall

Mebius previously released the visual novel game J.B. Harold Murder Club on Switch in Japan back in August. Another entry in the series, Keiji J.B. Harold no Jikenbo: Manhattan Requiem, is now confirmed for the console as well.

Don’t Knock Twice confirmed for October 17 on Switch

Earlier this week, Nintendo’s website listed Don’t Knock Twice for Switch. Wales Interactive sent out an official announcement today, confirming an October 17 launch. The game will launch digitally on the eShop at 00:00am (local) for $12.49 / £9.99 / €12.49.
Don’t Knock Twice is just the start of Wales Interactive’s Switch support. The company is planning “several more” titles for Switch in 2018.

Kemco bringing Sora no Folklore to 3DS in Japan next week

A few years ago, Kemco released the RPG Sora no Folklore for mobile. That same RPG is now crossing over to 3DS in Japan next week.
Sora no Folklore is due out in Japan on October 11 for 800 yen. View a trailer for the game below.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild Switch item distribution (10/4/17)

The latest item distribution has gone live in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Switch. If you’ve subscribed to the official news channel on the system, you should be seeing a message from director Hidemaro Fujibayashi.
One specific item is being distributed this time around, and it’s a fairly useful one. You’ll get your hands on a Fire Rod upon starting the game. Look for it in a treasure chest as soon as you load up your save file.

Japanese variety show Oha Suta teases global premiere of Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon footage

Our next dose of Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon news isn’t too far off. Oha Suta, a Japanese variety show in Japan, is teasing a special episode for tomorrow morning (JST) in which they vist The Pokemon Company. It iwll contain a global premiere of footage from the games.
Nothing further is known beyond this. Either way, expect some news about Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon very soon.
