Publisher Ravenscourt and developer DigixArt today announced Road 96: Mile 0, a prequel to the acclaimed Road 96 that follows the original’s narrative adventure roots while tying in heartfelt musical scenes. A release is planned for April 4, 2023 on Switch.

Roller Drama launches on Switch today

Open Lab Games has shared a bit of a surprise as the studio has just launched its new game Roller Drama.
We had last heard about the title back in July. We knew it was planned for early 2023, but an exact date hadn’t been shared. It turns out that Open Lab Games decided to opt for a surprise launch rather than opting to announce the release date in advance.

Ninja action game Shinobi non Grata coming to Switch

Shinobi non Grata has been announced for Switch, and we also have confirmation that a physical release is planned.
The upcoming project comes from Flyhigh Works, Studio Pico, and Esquadra. Strictly Limited Games will be handling the physical editions of the retro platformer.

ExitMan Deluxe release date set for February

Today, Rainy Frog shared a release date for ExitMan Deluxe on Switch. The game will be available on February 2, 2023.
It was almost a year ago that the Switch version was first confirmed. The initial plan was to have it out last spring, so clearly more time was ultimately needed.

Fire Emblem Heroes Double Mythic Heroes summoning event announced

Fire Emblem Heroes has revealed that Fomortiis: Demon King from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and Gotoh: White Sage from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem will appear as Mythic Heroes in a Double Mythic Heroes summoning event.
Fomortiis: Demon King is voiced by Mark P. Whitten with art by Daisuke Izuka. Meanwhile, Gotoh: White Sag is voiced by Leonard Draper with art by Shimomura Watari. Fomortiis has the learnable skills Ravager, Bonfire, Nightmare, Beast Follow-Up 3, and A/D Far Save 3. For Gotoh, it’s Brilliant Starlight, Iceberg, Gift of Magic, Guard 4, and Joint Dist. Guarda.
Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 release date set for May, debut trailer

CyberConnect2 has come through with a release date for Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2. As shared by the company in a new trailer, the game will be out for Switch on May 11, 2023.
We first heard about Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 last may. Up until now, it’s had a general 2023 launch window.
Embers of Mirrim getting a physical release on Switch

Embers of Mirrim is yet another Switch physical release incoming from Limited Run Games, which will be provided via the company’s distribution line.
The title will essentially be offered as a standalone version (no special editions). However, there will be a bundle that includes the official soundtrack.
Calico update out now (version 2.01), patch notes

Another update is here for Calico, with players now having access to version 2.01.
Many bug fixes are included. On Switch specifically, the game should have addressed problems that caused crashing. Stability has also improved with the frame rate locked to 30 FPS.
