Elevator Action Returns S-Tribute

Elevator Action Returns S-Tribute is heading to Switch, City Connection confirmed today. Fans can pick it up on December 1, 2022.

Taito originally developed Elevator Action Returns in 1995, though Bing came out with a console version in 1997 which is what the upcoming release is based on. It’s a 2D side-scrolling shooter in which players look to take down a terrorist group by eliminating nuclear bombs that they’ve placed. Expect various features for the S-Tribute version including rewind.

Cleopatra Fortune S-Tribute

City Connection is bringing Cleopatra Fortune S-Tribute to Switch, the company confirmed today. A release is scheduled for November 24, 2022.

Cleopatra Fortune, which was made by Taito and Natsume, is an an arcade puzzle game. New features have been made for this version such as a rewind function.

Clea Complete Collection

Limited Run Games has revealed Clea: Complete Collection, a physical package for Switch containing Clea and Clea 2. It’s being sold via Limited Run Games’ distribution line.

Clea first appeared on Switch in October 2020. Its sequel, Clea 2, followed in March 2021. We have more information about both below.

Redout 2 Summer Pack DLC

Redout 2 players on Switch have access to new DLC today in the form of the Summer Pack. This can be purchased individually for $9.99 or as part of the season pass for $17.99.

The new DLC is highlighted by Caribbean Dam as a new environment. Players will find four new reversible racetracks, 30 new cosmetics, and giant robotic crabs. More information can be found below.

Figment 2: Creed Valley is one step closer to release, as Bedtime Digital Games has nailed down a launch window for the game. We now have confirmation that it’s hitting Switch in February 2023. A specific date was not announced.

Arcade Coin-Op Pack DLC Smoke 'em, CyberDance EuroMix, Empathy

Arcade Paradise players on Switch can now purchase new DLC with the Coin-Op Pack, which is comprised of Smoke ’em, CyberDance EuroMix, and Empathy. These are all being sold individually as three new cabinets.

Ultra Age Project Rebirth DLC

Publisher Dangen Entertainment, along with developers Next Stage and Visual Dart, announced today that Ultra Age is getting Rebirth Project DLC today. The content is free and adds “a significant amount of value to the game.”

Dangen Entertainment notes that “Rebirth Project is a completely new rogue-lite side game with loads of content that can be accessed from the main menu after the player has reached a certain point in the main game.” Read more about it below.
