Capcom has created its own amiibo in the past. For Monster Hunter Stories in Japan, the company came out with several different figures. You might be interested to know that Capcom has also toyed around with potential amiibo for another one of its prominent franchises.

In an interview with Famitsu this week, Capcom reveals that Resident Evil amiibo almost happened. In talking about the new Switch releases, Ryota Niitsuma told the magazine that they planned to make figures for Resident Evil Revelations. The team went until the phase where they made the 3D models and could pose them.

This week’s episode of Nintendo Minute has gone live. In today’s video, Kit and Krysta share holiday themed Nintendo goodies and talk Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Check out the full episode below.

Recently, the New York City Children’s Chorus celebrated the holidays at Nintendo NY. They were invited to sing at the store, and were also given a special surprise. Check out the full video from Nintendo below.

Capcom is hosting a special 30th anniversary stream for Mega Man on Monday. Right now, we don’t know too much about it. Capcom has only said that it’s something you “won’t want to miss”.

Making things more interesting, Nintendo of America retweeted the news about the upcoming live stream. Could the reveal of a new game be happening? A new compilation that would hopefully be on Switch? Or is Capcom just stringing everyone along and a new stuffed toy will be shown instead?

No matter what happens, we’ll be there to watch over things in case anything is announced. Something game-related would be fantastic, but there are definitely no guarantees.

Reddit user OldSoul2 shared something rather interesting today. Over the past three months, he claims to have been receiving internal company emails from EA about two upcoming titles. One of these if Fe, which is slated for Switch.

Some of the information OldSoul2 has received in emails, which look admittedly convincing, is especially noteworthy. The Fe section mentions a Nintendo Direct for January, which will tie in with a Switch trailer and previews. Also, Fe is apparently planned for a February 2018 launch.
