According to developer Gamuzumi, Nintendo has changed its approach to content it allows on its platforms, and no longer permits uncensored breasts to be shown in games approved for systems like Switch.
The studio was hoping to bring Hot Tentacles Shooter to the eShop in the near future. But earlier this month, Gamuzumi said “Nintendo is increasing their restriction about what can be published or not on their consoles” and after sending the title for review, the team was told that it might not fit console policies.

Inscryption rating suggests Switch release
Posted on 2 years ago by Nicolas in News, Switch eShop | 0 comments
Inscryption could be releasing on Switch based on a new rating. The game seems to have recently received a PEGI rating, the official video game content rating system used in Europe.
Twitter user @gemucafe spotted the rating on PEGI’s official website, with the listing mentioning the Nintendo Switch and a release date of October 1, 2022. While this date obviously isn’t correct, the existence of the listing itself could hint at an eventual release on the platform.

Nintendo officially forms Nintendo Pictures, shares website and details
Posted on 2 years ago by Nicolas in General Nintendo, News | 0 comments
A few months ago, Nintendo announced the planned acquisition of visual content company Dynamo Pictures, with the intent to integrate it into Nintendo under the name “Nintendo Pictures”. That acquisition has just closed today, with Nintendo revealing a new logo, opening an official Japanese website, and releasing some information on the new division.
For the most part, they’ve reiterated what was said in the original acquisition statement; the plan is to have Nintendo Pictures produce visual content based on Nintendo IP, although what kind still hasn’t been specified. The website does also state that they’ll provide motion capture recording services, which was a field Dynamo Pictures worked in, but is otherwise mostly barren.
