Pokemon Legends: Z-A sells 5.8 million copies worldwide in first week

The Pokemon Company has announced an official sales achievement for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, with the game reaching 5.8 million copies sold in its first week. This is based on physical units and digital downloads.
According to today’s announcement, about half of the copies sold were for the Nintendo Switch 2 version. Details about the performance of Nintendo Switch 2 hardware as part of the new bundle were not provided.

Publisher Team17 and developer Sismo Games today announced a new partnership for Skinwalker, which will have the game land on Nintendo Switch. The title is lined up for a 2026 debut.

October 17: Publisher PlaySide and developer Fumi Games confirmed today that they’re working on Mouse: P.I. for Hire for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. The game is set to debut in 2025.
Mouse: P.I. for Hire is a jazz-fueled first-person shooter. As showcased in the screenshot above, it features a visual style inspired by black and white, classic cartoons.

Today, it was announced that Nightdive Studios is bringing its System Shock remake to both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch. Look for it later in 2025.
The System Shock remake is a faithful recreation of the 1994 sci-fi action shooter/immersive sim. Nightdive is implementing various features including Joy-Con 2 mouse support, gyro aiming, and various community-request features. 1080p at 60 FPS will be supported on Nintendo Switch 2.
