Tall Story Games will soon be putting Adventures of a Cat in Space on Nintendo Switch, the studio has announced. A release window was not provided.
Adventures of a Cat in Space is a point-and-click adventure game that’s also described as an interactive musical title. You’ll play as a role stranded in space, and the end goal is to make it back home.

Nintendo has yet to set a release date for Switch 2, but Nacon has thrown its hat into the ring with its own expectation.
As posted in the company’s latest financial earnings, the company said it expects a launch during the first half of its 2025 / 2026 fiscal year. That takes place between April and September 2025.

Publisher Artax Games, in collaboration with developer Flying Beasts Labs, have announced A Rite from the Stars: Remaster Edition for Nintendo Switch. We’ll be seeing it on January 30, 2025.
A Rite from the Stars: Remaster Edition is an improved, made-from-scratch version of the 2018 title. The 3D point-and-click adventure game involves young Kirm’s rite of passage from kid to adult, aided by the Guiding Star Hoku. This version features updated graphics, better controls, and redesigned puzzles.

2D platformer Nullstar: Solus announced for Nintendo Switch

indie.io and Smash Attack Aus are putting Nullstar: Solus on Nintendo Switch, it’s been announced. The game is slated for 2025.
Nullstar: Solus is a sci-fi precision platformer. Players will go through 80 bite-sized levels in which they’ll need to guide a drone through mechanical and organic hazards.

Ratalaika Games, in collaboration with PD_CGT, announced today Cycle Chaser H-5 will be released on Nintendo Switch this week. It will be available on January 24, 2025.
Cycle Chaser H-5 is a a horizontal arcade-style shoot ’em up game. Players can take down enemies to harvest their energy for maximum power and defense.

Ultimate Games will be publishing Bushcraft Simulator on Nintendo Switch 2 in partnership with A2 Softworks, the company has announced. The news did not come with a release window.
Bushcraft Simulator is a new survival game with roguelike elements. Players will start up the game in a forest and will need to demonstrate their bushcraft and survival skills.

Hollow Knight: Silksong fans are still clamoring for the game’s launch, and while there’s still nothing in the way of a release date, we do have a brief update from developer Team Cherry.
Over on X, Team Cherry PR and marketing head Matthew ‘Leth’ Griffin was asked about the project’s status. He said in response: “Yes the game is real, progressing and will release.”
Rumor: Diablo 4 getting Nintendo Switch 2 port

Another previously-released game is speculated for Nintendo Switch 2, and this time it’s been said that Diablo 4 will be making its way over.
eXputer writer eXtas1s made that claim during a new video (which you can watch here). Noting that he has an “exclusive or scoop”, he said that Diablo 4 is already in development for Nintendo Switch 2 and a 2025 launch could even be in the cards. eXtas1s has some level of reliability having previously leaked Game Pass games before they were announced.
