Moonlighter will be released for Switch sometime after the initial launch in May.

Hyper Sentinel

Huey Games has announced a release date for the Switch game Hyper Sentinel. The “pure arcade flip and scroll shooter” is slated for release via the eShop on May 11.

Hyper Sentinel offers “simple controls, fast-paced action and intuitive gameplay” in which “players jump into the role of a lone ship defending the earth from marauding aliens, adding no extra waffle than that.” We have a new trailer below.

If you’re attending EGX Rezzed 2018 at Tobacco Docks, London a playable demo for Hyper Sentinel will be available.

Focus Interactive has readied a new launch trailer for Masters of Anima, out today on Switch. You can watch a video for the game below.

Back in December, Capcom announced that all Mega Man X games would be released on the Switch, although it wasn’t yet clear in what format. In February, Mega Man X Legacy Collection and Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 were rated in Australia, suggesting that the X games would be released as part of these collections. This has now been confirmed in the latest edition of Famitsu magazine as well as in a new Japanese trailer released by Capcom (in Japan, the games are called Rockman X Anniversary Collection).

Mega Man X Legacy Collection will include Mega Man X through X4, while Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 will include Mega Man X5 through X8. In addition to the games themselves, there are also a variety of bonus features such as an optional filter, a music and art gallery, a collection of images depicting various Mega Man X merchandise that has been released over the years, a trailer collection as well as the “Day of Sigma” OVA. There’s also a new mode called “X Challenge”, a boss rush mode with a twist. In it, you will have to fight bosses from different games in the X series together.

Later this week, a new summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes will be hosted featuring characters from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. Leif: Prince of Leonster, Nanna: Nordion Princess, Olwen: Righteous Knight, and Reinhardt: Thunder’s Sword will be included. We have a trailer for the upcoming summoning below.

The next Feh Channel broadcast for Fire Emblem Heroes will be kicking off not too long from now. it’s set to begin at 8:30 PM PT / 11:30 PM ET / 4:30 AM in the UK / 5:30 AM in Europe. Nintendo will be sharing the latest information about Fire Emblem Heroes in the 17-minute presentation.

Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion was announced several months ago, but we haven’t seen any footage from the game. That recently changed when Amazon France posted a pre-alpha video.
