Screenwave Media and Freak Zone Games have determined a final release date for AVGN 1 & 2 Deluxe. The mini collection, which includes new features, will arrive on October 30.

Vertigo Gaming has nailed down a final release date for Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!, its strategic kitchen management game. It’ll launch via the eShop on October 14, the developer announced today.

Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps standard physical releases confirmed for December 8

iam8bit, Xbox Game Studios, and Moon Studios have set a final release date for the standard physical versions of Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps for Switch. Both games are heading to retail on December 8. Pre-orders will open soon.
The physical editions of Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps contain six collectible art cards and digital downloads of the game’s respective soundtrack, composed by Gareth Coker.
Pricing is set at $39.99 / €39.99 for each title.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.5.0 patch notes

After the update arrived last night, Nintendo has provided the full patch notes for Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.5.0.
For the most part, the patch notes go over what we previously knew about the fall update. It also mentions being able to hide items not for sale by pressing the Y button when viewing the catalog with Nook Shopping, along with other adjustments/corrections.

Freedom! Games and BitBull have announced Jetboard Joust, “a joyous fusion of classic arcade shoot ’em ups and modern roguelikes”. A release is scheduled for 2021 on Switch.

UK sales for September 2020

New sales data is in from the UK for the month of September 2020.
During the month, Super Mario 3D All-Stars debuted at the top of the charts and beat out all other titles. It’s the second fastest-selling Mario platform release in the series’ history. Super Mario Odyssey has the slight edge.
