Switch eShop

In the early ’90s, id Software worked on a series of side-scrolling platformer games known as Commander Keen. The studio is now more largely known for the likes of Doom, Rage, and Wolfenstein.

Now roughly three decades later, Commander Keen has returned with a surprise re-release on Switch. Commander Keen in Keen Dreams is available on the eShop despite no prior announcement.

Publisher JanduSoft and developer Nape Games will be bringing V.O.I.D. to the Switch eShop on February 28, the two companies have announced. The side-scrolling action adventure game will be sold via the eShop.

We finally have an update on Etherborn, a gravity-shifting puzzle-platformer announced for Switch last year. The game has now received a spring release window on the eShop.

City of Brass, a first-person action adventure from senior BioShock developers, launches digitally on Switch tomorrow. Watch some footage in the video below.

The new “Play Together” sale is official live on the European Switch eShop. Over 50 titles are featured, including Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.
