Kogado Studio has just announced that two games in the Tristia series, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea: Legacy and Tristia: Restore, will be making their way to Switch.

The first of these, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea: Legacy, is a remaster of the 2002 PC original, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea. It’s a town-management simulation game in which you must rebuild the titular town of Tristia that was brought to ruin by a dragon attack several years prior. You do so by building a variety of tools and gadgets which you then sell back to the people of Tristia.

Easy Come Easy Golf gameplay

Easy Come Easy Golf saw a surprise announcement and launch on Switch yesterday, and we now have plenty of gameplay. Over 30 minutes of footage shows off the sports title.

Rose & Camellia

Playism is working on a Switch version of the slapping battle game Rose & Camellia, the company announced today. A release window is not yet determined.

Rose & Camellia was originally a Flash game that later appeared on mobile. Nigoro, the creator of La-Mulana, came out with the title initially in 2017. 

Guardian Tales

Kong Studios is about to bring its popular mobile RPG Guardian Tales to Switch, the company announced today. Those looking to pick up the title can do so starting on October 3, 2022.

Guardian Tales is an adventure-type RPG that tasks players with saving a kingdom that has been overrun with enemies. Read more about the game below.

Switch eShop Blockbuster Sale

A new Switch eShop Blockbuster Sale has just started on the North American Switch eShop, and it includes the lowest prices ever for games like Diablo II: Resurrected, GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, Persona 5 Strikers, and more. Other heavy hitters are also in the sale such as Cuphead and Hades. Fans can save up to 70 percent.

Xiaomei and the Flame Dragon's Fist

Leoful announced today that the company is teaming up with Japanese indie developer PiXEL to bring the 16-bit kung fu action game Xiaomei and the Flame Dragon’s Fist to Switch in the west. A release is planned for 2022.

Xiaomei and the Flame Dragon’s Fist pays homage to kung fu games from the 80s and 90s. It stars Xiaomei, who goes on a journey to save her elder sister, Xiaoyin, from the influence of the Dark Dragon. On Switch, the game includes a new story mode featuring Xiaoyin, new characters, and other unlockable content.

Atari is back with a new teaser trailer for Atari Mania, its upcoming microgames collection. Brand new levels are shown off for the first time.

Atari Mania involves players taking on the role of Caretaker of the Atari Vault, the repository for all classic Atari games. One day, chaos is unleashed as dead pixels suddenly appear in the Vault and begin wreaking havoc.

In Stars and Time

Publisher Armor Games Studios and developer Adrienne Bazir are putting In Stars and Time on Switch, the two sides confirmed today. The title is on track for a 2023 launch.

Undungeon

The interdimensional time-hopping action RPG Undungeon will soon be appearing on Switch, publisher tinyBuild and developer Laughing Machines announced today. It will be available on September 29, 2022.

Drainus

Today, Playism announced that it’s teaming up with Team Ladybug and WSS playground on a Switch version of Drainus. A release window was not provided.

Originally released for PC, Drainus is a side-scrolling shooting game that puts players in control of the “Drainus”, the Kharlal Empire’s most cutting-edge fighter with the ability to absorb energy bullets. They’ll be taking down the enemy ships zipping through space.
