Roguelike action game Ninja or Die planned for Switch

The roguelike action game Ninja or Die is in development for Switch, Nao Games has announced. It’s currently targeting a 2023 release.
Ninja or Die has players attacking enemies by colliding with them during a jump. We have a brief overview of the title below.

Disney Speedstorm dev on what sets the game apart from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Disney Speedstorm will be appearing on Switch later this summer, but as a kart racer, it has fierce competition on the console as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has proven to be a juggernaut. That being said, the team at Gameloft believes there are enough differences between the games to make the Disney and Pixar racer stand out.
Gameloft Barcelona game manager Aska Suzuki spoke to us about a few aspects such as how there are four character classes in the game and everyone on the roster has specific power-ups. Of course, simply having Disney and Pixar representation is a straightforward but appealing aspect. Updates and season passes are also planned, so players can look forward to additional content to follow after launch with new racers and more.

Yars: Recharged release date set for August, new trailer

Atari, Adamvision Studios, and SneakyBox have determined a final release date for Yars: Recharged. The redone version of the classic title will be hitting Switch on August 23, 2022.
Yars: Recharged was only just announced this month. As part of the reveal, we only had a vague 2022 release window.

Avenging Spirit launch trailer

Avenging Spirit has released today on Switch eShop, and publisher Ratalaika Games have released a launch trailer of the 1991 arcade game. Originally created by Jaleco, it is described as a two-player platform arcade ‘rough house’ in which you play as a man who was killed by a crime syndicate and has returned as a ghost to rescue his girlfriend and seek revenge.

SD Gundam Battle Alliance demo available now on Switch eShop, gets a trailer

After a slight delay the demo for SD Gundam Battle Alliance, Bandai Namco’s upcoming action RPG, has been released, and the company have also released a trailer to promote the title. Any progress made in the demo can be carried over to the full version of the game when it releases next month on August 25.

Maquette heading to Switch

The Pathless coming to Switch this winter

Annapurna Interactive and Giant Squid have officially confirmed that The Pathless is making its way to Switch. It will be available this winter.
A rating for a Switch version of The Pathless popped up back in April. However, today marks the first time we’ve received proper confirmation.
