Hamster is bringing Arcade Archives Legend of Makai to Switch this week, the company announced today. A worldwide release is planned for March 4.
Legend of Makai was made by NMK and published by Jaleco in 1988. The action-adventure platformer has players setting out on a quest to defeat an evil wizard and save a princess.
Pricing for Arcade Archives Legend of Makai is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

The next Special Battle event in Super Mario Bros. 35 is almost here. The Super Star will be featured, and you’ll even begin with the power-up right away. Courses 1-1, 2-1, 2-3, 2-4, 3-1, 3-2, 3-4, 5-2, 6-2, 7-3, 8-1, and 8-3 will be included.
This week’s Special Battle goes live on March 5. It will last until March 8.

The skill-based survival horror game Clea was made available on Switch last October. Its sequel, appropriately titled Clea 2, isn’t too far behind. Sekai Games has announced the title is planned for a March release on Nintendo’s console.

Epic Games acquires Fall Guys developer Mediatonic, Switch version still moving forward

Mediatonic, the developer behind Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, today announced that it has been acquired by Epic Games.
Epic tends to be centered around PC these days. Fortunately though, the recently-announced Switch version won’t be impacted. Mediatonic says it still intends to bring the title to Nintendo’s console.
