Wii U eShop

The folks over at USgamer played the new Virtual Console release of Mega Man & Bass yesterday. You can find some footage of the game below.

A strange listing recently popped up on the USK, the ratings board for Germany. “GL00” was rated for a number of platforms including Wii U. I literally have no idea what this game is, but the USK indicates that Majesco is publishing, and it’s a puzzle title of some sort. I suppose we’ll find out soon enough!

Ronimo Games released the fourth “Daily Duel” video for Swords & Soldiers II. In today’s video, the battle is one Berserker and one Electric Elder versus four Axethrowers. Check it out below.

Update: Bumped to the top. Ronimo has now confirmed the European price as well. It’ll be €18.99 / £16.99.

We’ve confirmed with Ronimo Games that Swords & Soldiers II will cost $19.99. That means it will be joining Affordable Space Adventures as one of the more expensive download-only games on the Wii U eShop, which is set at the same price. Although $20 may seem like a lot, you should be getting a high-quality title in return!

Swords & Soldiers II launches on May 21 in both North America and Europe.

Curve Digital has now released the launch trailer for Ultratron, which hits the Wii U eShop next Thursday. Watch it below.

The newest Paper Monsters Recut update is now live in North America. Once applied, players should find a much smoother experience thanks to the elimination of certain bugs.

Dex launches on the Wii U eShop this summer.

The developers behind Anima: Gate of Memories confirmed late last month that the game has finally entered beta. Although it can be played from start to finish, Anima requires lots of polish, the addition of story cut-scenes, and bug corrections.

That’s not all on Anima: Gate of Memories. The team announced that Badland Games is handling the title’s distribution. I’m not entirely sure how/if the news applies to the Wii U version, so I’ll just mention that off-hand.

Dex officially launched today, but there are still a couple of versions in the pipeline, including Wii U. The good news is that we should be seeing the eShop release in the fairly near future. In a Kickstarter update, Dex developer Dreadlocks mentioned that a summer launch is currently targeted.
