Footage from production has apparently leaked online. Clips have spread on social media, and many believe that what’s popped up thus far is legitimate.
GTZAStudio has announced that it’s upcoming project Mojito Woody’s Rescue is targeting Nintendo Switch. We don’t have a release date, but it’s planned for 2026.
Mojito Woody’s Rescue is a 3D platformer, with Mario and Banjo-Kazooie cited as specific inspirations. It features a cube-shaped cat named that teams up with Lana, a little yarn ball to rescue his best dog friend from an evil cucumber.

We have the trailer for Windswept, a 90s buddy platformer inspired by the likes of Donkey Kong Country and Yoshi’s Island. The title comes from Top Hat Studios and WeatherFell.

Naoki Hamaguchi, director of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, has spoken about what it’s been like working with Nintendo Switch 2 and the challenges of developing games for the system while accounting for handheld mode.
Just like Nintendo’s previous system, teams have a bit more power to work with when the system is docked. In portable mode, things need to be scaled back a bit – and there’s also the factory of battery life to account for. Hamaguchi said Square Enix (and other developers) need to think about “how you can get a version in handheld mode that doesn’t look inferior and stands up to the home console versions on other platforms.”
A while back, we wrote a guide on the worst Pokemon to use in online ranked battles in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. As helpful as that knowledge is, it doesn’t actually help you score wins against other trainers, so this time we’re talking about the strongest Pokemon you can possibly use in competitive battles. This also assumes they’re fully EV and IV trained, which thankfully is fairly simple to do in this game.
August 25: Following its Japanese launch, XSEED Games today announced that it’s working on a western release of Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack on Nintendo Switch. It will be available later in 2025.
Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack features the entirety of the “Heavenly Host” narrative including the modernized version of the first adventure, Corpse Party (2021); the sequel, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows; and the western console debuts of Corpse Party: Sweet Sachiko’s Hysteric Birthday Bash and Corpse Party: Blood Drive, the conclusion to the Heavenly Host saga.

Just a few moments ago, Nintendo and Illumination released the debut trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. It was shared as part of a special Nintendo Direct for the film.
While a trailer technically went online in September, it was more of a teaser that didn’t really show much at all. Today’s video gives us a better idea about the plot.

On Nintendo Switch, that experience becomes rather intimate, and sometimes uncomfortably so, as you guide a young nun through a world that is half bleak fairy tale and half spiritual fever dream.
